Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN)
Hiawatha HomeCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 care for an adult male client, located in Faribault, MN!
Requirements:
Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate!
Position
Summary:
Provide 1:1 care for an adult male client, who lives at home with his wife.
Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available.
Pay:
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $25.00 - 31.00 per hour (DOE)
Core
Responsibilities:
Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
Provides advice & support to clients & their families.
